How do I cancel? ▾

Go to My Billing → Cancel Plan. It takes 10 seconds. No call required. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

Can I change my plan? ▾

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from My Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at next renewal.

Do you offer refunds? ▾

Yes — within 7 days of any charge if you haven't found value. Email with your account email and the reason.

What's included in the free trial? ▾

Full access to everything on your plan — ARIA, your terminal, NOVA brief, document intelligence (Professional+). No restrictions. No credit card required to start.

Is this expensable? ▾

Individual plans run $199–$999/month — expensable at most firms without procurement approval.

ARIA gave me a wrong answer. What do I do? ▾

Click the ⚑ Flag issue button on any ARIA output. It goes directly to our team. We review every report and follow up with you. ARIA can be wrong — that's why we label its output as inference, not fact.

What data sources does ARIA use? ▾

Federal Reserve (FRED), SEC EDGAR, EIA, Bureau of Labor Statistics, ECB, and news feeds. Every output shows which sources were used. We never mix live data labels with AI inference.

Can ARIA access my documents? ▾

Yes — on Professional plans and above you can upload PDFs, spreadsheets, and docs. ARIA analyzes them against live terminal data in memory. Nothing is stored. Documents are deleted after your session.

How accurate is ARIA? ▾

ARIA synthesizes publicly available institutional data. It does its best — but it can be wrong, miss context, or reflect biases we can't fully anticipate. Treat every output as one input among many, subject to your own judgment. The call is always yours.

How often does the data refresh? ▾

Most market data refreshes every 2–4 hours from primary sources. The NOVA brief updates daily at 6am ET. Economic release data (CPI, jobs, Fed) updates within minutes of the official release.

Does ValixData have stock quotes? ▾

No — ValixData focuses on institutional-grade market intelligence (credit spreads, rates, economic data, sector signals), not individual stock price feeds. If you need real-time equity quotes, your broker or a market data terminal is the right tool.

Which terminal is right for me? ▾

Use the Find My Terminal tool — answer 3 questions and ARIA matches you. Or browse all 130 terminals by sector.

Please report it — use the ⚑ Flag issue button on the terminal, or email . We investigate every data report within one business day.

Use the password reset page. You'll get an email within 2 minutes. Check spam if you don't see it.

How do I add a team member? ▾

Go to Account → Team. You can invite members by email. Team and Firm plans include seats; individual plans can be upgraded.

Can I have multiple terminals? ▾

Yes — Professional includes 3 terminals, Executive includes 5, CIO includes all 130. You can switch terminals anytime from your account.

I'm not receiving my NOVA brief. ▾

Check your spam folder first — add to your contacts. Also check Email Preferences to confirm NOVA brief is enabled.

🔒 Privacy & Security

Does ValixData store my ARIA queries? ▾

No. ARIA conversations are stateless — we don't log your queries, don't use them for training, and don't retain them after your session. Zero storage. By design.

Who can see my terminal data? ▾

Only you. Terminal data is tied to your authenticated session. We don't share, sell, or use your usage data for any purpose other than operating the platform.

Is ValixData SOC 2 compliant? ▾
