ValixData uses a minimal number of cookies and local browser storage technologies strictly necessary to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

What We Use

Session storage: Temporary data stored in your browser for the duration of your session only. Automatically deleted when you close your browser. Used to maintain your terminal configuration and session state.
Local storage: Used solely to save your terminal preferences, customizations, and settings between sessions. Never transmitted to any server.
Authentication tokens: If you have a paid account, a secure token is stored locally to maintain your logged-in session. This token is never used for tracking or advertising purposes.

What We Do Not Use

Third-party advertising or tracking cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
Social media tracking pixels
Cross-site tracking of any kind

Zero Server-Side Data Retention

ValixData does not store the content of your ARIA queries or outputs. Your account data (email, plan, terminal selections) is stored on our servers to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Managing Cookies

You may clear all ValixData local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset your terminal preferences and log you out of any active session.
